Mrs. Banfill Dead.
   Mrs. D. Banfill one of the earliest settlers in DeFuniak passed away last Wednesday and her funeral was held from the Presbyterian church Thursday morning, the short and impressive service being conducted by Rev. Lynn R. Walker.  For years Mrs. Banfill was librarian of the Ladies' Library Association, and in this capacity came to know many of our winter visitors, who will mourn her death.-DeFuniak Breeze.
   Mrs. Banfill is the mother of Mayor G. W. Banfill, of Bonifay.  She made frequent visits here and had numerous friends among our people, all of whom were deeply grieved to hear of her departure.
