Baby Chance Cole Weeks died Tuesday, Feb 23, 1999 at a local hospital.

Funeral services were held on Feb 27 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with the Rev Larry Sweat, Jr, and Kenneth Harrison officiating, Commander Funeral Home directing.

He was preceded in death by grandmother Annie Seay.

Survivors include his mother Vickie Carolyn Burgess; father James Coleman Weeks, Jr; brothers James Christopher and Dustin Lee Weeks; maternal grandparents Ronnie and Ruthie Burgess; paternal grandparents Coleman and Ruth Weeks; grandmother Doris Burgess Warren and great-grandfather Malcolm Weeks.
