Joyce Aycock Powell, age 66 of Chipley passed away, Wednesday, Feb 10, 1999 at her residence.  She had been a resident of Chipley for the past 20 years coming from Augusta, Georgia.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  She was a member of the Paralyzed Veterans Association.

	She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Inez Goodwin and a son, Daniel Reese Aycock.

	Funeral services were held on Feb 13 at the Wachob Chapel with the Rev Dennis Singletary, the Rev Buford Williams and Elder Aaron Cole officiating.  Burial will follow at the New Effort Cemetery in Bonifay with Brown Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include sons Rusty Lloyd of Augusta, Georgia, Lloyd Thomas Aycock and wife Barbara of Lynchburg, Ohio, Jimmy Lee Aycock and his wife Cynthia of Chipley, Stephen Elwood and wife Shirley of Oxford, Georgia, Levin Dwayne and wife Susan of Bethlehem, Georgia and Gregory Keith and wife Gail of DeFuniak Springs; daughters Sherolyn A Flournoy and her husband Paul of Bonifay and Pamela Diane Aycock of Chipley; sister Glenda F Norris of Hepzibah, Georgia; 18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
