Mr Lewis Cook, age 80 of Bonifay, passed away on Feb 10, 1999 at his residence.

	Funeral services were held on Feb 13 at St Johns Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev John Chance and the Rev Troy Lee Walsingham officiating.  Burial followed in the St Johns Freewill Baptist Church with Peel Funeral Home directing.

	He is preceded in death by his wife Cleo Cook; and brothers Loran and Lloyd Cook.

	Survivors include his sons W R "Ronnie" and wife Beverly Cook and Leslie Allen and wife Marie Cook all of Bonifay; brothers Lester Cook of Bonifay, Lansing Cook of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Leo Cook of Bonifay; sisters Lessie Boswell of Chipley, Leona Robertson of Panama City, Lillian Patterson of Panama City and Lorene Kosier of Bonifay; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
